Digital Course Delivery
Once payment is received, the theory portion of your course is sent straight to the email address provided at checkout. This includes all learning materials needed before booking your practical assessment. Digital content is delivered instantly, so please double-check your email details when ordering.

Practical Course Arrangements
After you’ve successfully completed the theory section, you’ll be given access to a calendar link to book your practical session at a time that suits you. The practical element is carried out in person by an approved assessor.

Free Course Offer – Microchips and Scanner Package
If you’ve taken up the offer of a free course by purchasing 50 microchips and a scanner, these items aren’t posted separately. They are brought directly to you by the assessor on the day of your practical training.

Delivery of Physical Items
For standard purchased microchips and equipment not connected to the free-course offer, delivery details will be confirmed at checkout. Any items tied to the free-course promotion are strictly delivered in person during the practical session.

Delays and Issues
If you haven’t received your digital course within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam or junk folder. For anything missing or if something doesn’t look right, just get in touch and we’ll sort it.

Refunds for digital courses aren’t offered once the theory materials have been emailed, as access is delivered instantly upon payment. Please make sure your details are correct before completing checkout.

If you’ve booked a practical session but can no longer attend, you may reschedule using your calendar link. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.

For the free-course offer attached to the purchase of 50 microchips and a scanner, refunds aren’t available once the order has been placed, as the items are allocated to your practical assessor and form part of your training package.
